LL.M ENTRANCE EXAMINATION WAS A BLUNDER .

LL.M entrance examination held on 15th June 2008 at M.J.P.Rohilkhand University campus at timings 8:00am to 11:00am.
There has been a discrepancy in setting up the entrance examination paper as it consists of questions which were out of syllabus. For example questions from question no.176 to question no. 200 ( cumulating to be 25 questions) carrying a weightage of 25 sum of marks.
The syllabus prescribed in the entrance form brochure does not contain the Law of Evidence, on which these 25 questions were based. A copy of the same syllabus-cum-prospectus brochure is attached herewith.
It’s been astonishing to the fact that as mentioned in the syllabus there were subjects of family law but not a single question of those laws were asked in the entrance question paper.
Further, I concluded that this entrance examination is biased and against the principles of natural justice. The fair practice is not been taken into consideration. The aversion of fair examination practice led to hindrance to , which provides provision for fair representation and selection in the entrance examination.
